Edgewood waterlily dam
In Edgewood, Harkerville, there is a waterlily dam that offers me glorious waterlilies to etch. I look at these waterlilies at different times of the day as they change so much.
Claude Monet 1840 – 1926 ( a French, Impressionist painter) had a beautiful garden and dams so that he could paint flowers and especially waterlilies. The water garden which he designed himself in his property at Giverny (near Paris) was full of waterlilies for him to paint. He became famous for his enormous waterlily canvasses.
